- Collaborate with clients/representatives in requirements gathering
- Develop and reengineer desktop and web-based system components according to specifications
- Participate in database analysis and design concerning projects involved
- Maintain jobs and scripts for optimum database integrity and performance
- Ensure continuous operation and health of deployed systems
- Ensure adequate documentation is present for systems and components
- Provide Level-2 and Level-3 support for technical issues arising from system operations
- Report to the Project Manager on progress related to project milestones and resources
Requires:
- Windows Server environment
- Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005
- ASP 3.0/.NET
- Delphi
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
System Support Executive [29 Aug 2007]
- Support our business partner/system users with the Information that they need
- Create necessary reports to existing systems when needed
- Gather information from business partners and report to the manager
- Modify systems when needed
- Backup systems & information regularly
- Secure the system from any Internet vulnerabilities
Requires:
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server, ASP, graphic/web design tools
- Reporting tools - preferred choice: Crystal Reports
- Internet security knowledge - Firewalls, VPNs, etc
- Good interpersonal skills and patience
- At least 1 year experience in the field
Mobile Application Engineer [09 Aug 2007]
- Gateway application development & implementation according to telecom providers' API
- Maintaining & supporting the systems during & after office hours
- Communicate with external parties especially Telecommunication Providers
Requires:
- Knowledge in SMS (Short Message Service) or telecommunication technologies
- Understanding of basic network infrastructures (LAN, IP routing, firewalls etc)
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
